At the end of last year, we had the opportunity to install one of our Intelligent Locker systems, Asset Box, in one of their warehouses in the city of Guadalajara Mexico, whose purpose was to implement a controlled, monitored, efficient, productive and secure system that would allow the storage and care of technological devices provided to store staff and which are for daily use. With this Intelligent Locker system, which has a simultaneous storage capacity for more than 200 devices and with an incorporated charging system, we managed to facilitate and make store operations more efficient, guaranteeing speed and better experience for customers and greater well-being, comfort, security, efficiencies and productivity for employees.
Its operation is simple and fast. Each employee, after registration, identifies themselves with their corporate card, requests a device on screen and the respective BOX opens. To return it, they put the respective equipment code in the scanner reader, the system identifies it and assigns them a specific BOX for that device and it is returned. All transactions are recorded in our platform, through which administrators can consult statistics, reports, online status of lockers, assign new users, roles, among many others.
